Many Indian Shop House products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, finish, and size are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
ORDERS
You can place an order directly through the Indian Shop House website by selecting your desired product, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Once you enter your shipping details and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed only after confirmation.
Orders once placed cannot be modified directly. However, if your order has not yet been processed, you may request a modification within a limited time window. Once an order enters packaging or dispatch stage, modifications are not possible.
Orders may be cancelled within a limited window after placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. If an order is refused at delivery, applicable shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund.
Indian Shop House reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, logistics constraints, incomplete address details, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.
SHIPPING
Indian Shop House ships across India and to selected international destinations. International shipping availability depends on logistics coverage and customs regulations.
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders within India unless otherwise specified. Cash on Delivery orders above a certain order value may also qualify for free shipping. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days depending on location. Delhi NCR deliveries may be faster. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance and destination country.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and courier partner information will be shared via email. You may track your shipment directly using the tracking number provided.
Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or packaged separately for safety. These may arrive on different dates.
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

Indian Shop House accepts credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other secure payment methods. International payment options are also supported.
Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes within India. COD is not available for international orders. COD eligibility may vary based on location and order value.
No. Cash on Delivery is not a trial option. Customers must make payment at the time of delivery. Refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD availability for future orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products, defective items, or incorrect deliveries. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
