Refund policy
Indian Shop House maintains strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if customers receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return or exchange requests may be initiated.
Customers must notify Indian Shop House within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers must provide order details, images of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Indian Shop House reserves the right to approve or reject requests after review.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received damaged
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect item delivered
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Minor color variation
Size expectation mismatch
Handcrafted variations
International orders (unless damaged)
Customized products
Clearance items
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Indian Shop House reserves the right to reject returns failing quality inspection.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If exchange is not possible, refund or store credit may be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–14 business days for international orders after approval.
Shipping charges, COD charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. If customers refuse delivery, shipping and return logistics charges will be deducted.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD deactivation.
