However, due to screen differences, lighting conditions, handcrafted nature, and material characteristics, actual product colors, textures, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly.
Many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials. Variations in grain, tone, finish, texture, or minor irregularities are inherent characteristics and shall not be considered defects.
Indian Shop House reserves the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, limit quantities, or change pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Indian Shop House reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.
Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI options (if available), and international payment methods. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations within India. COD is not available for international orders.
Indian Shop House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or bulk reselling.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization or COD confirmation. Indian Shop House reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Logistics limitations
Payment issues
Fraud detection
Incorrect shipping details
Unserviceable delivery location
In such cases, the customer will be notified and refund processed where applicable.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Indian Shop House ships across India and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics partners, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different locations. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy. Indian Shop House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including images, text, logos, graphics, product designs, and layout are property of Indian Shop House. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Indian Shop House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be New Delhi, India.
